First Baptist Church is a warm and caring environment where people are accepted for who they are, right where they are, because that’s how Jesus our Lord accepts us. We study God’s Word, we believe God’s Word and we try to live God’s word; which means we do our best to love God and love people. If you are a guest with us in a worship service or for an activity, you can be assured that we will never ask you to give us any information - you will never be “singled out”. Instead, it will be our pleasure to serve you and to give you any information that you need concerning our church and our church family.
You’ll also find that we are a very diverse family. Our church has a strong representation in every age bracket! We have a Bible study class (Sunday School) designed for everyone - from little children to youth to young couples to singles to seniors! At First Baptist, you can find a home.
And this diversity is a real strength for us. Our worship is a real blend of the great hymns of the faith mixed with the best of today’s worship music, style and technology.
