The Bible says in John 4:23, “But the time is coming and is already here when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for anyone who will worship him that way.” At FBC, we passionately seek to worship Almighty God in truth, which is God’s Word / The Bible, and in spirit which is us, His creation. Each week, we the people of God gather to sing, praise, fellowship, encourage and understand God’s Word so that we can do God’s will. Our motto says “Pursuing a Passion for God \ Growing a Passion for People.”
Sunday services are BLENDED with the best of the old familiar hymns and the latest in contemporary praise and worship. At any one service you might experience the organ and piano on a hymn along with drums, electric guitars and keyboards on a praise song \ a forty voice choir singing with a praise and worship team \ simple testimonies blended with a high tech videos. We believe that understanding our history while expanding our possibilities is a strength, a challenge and a blessing.
Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14) Children are precious to God and are a delight to us. So much so that we created a worship experience just for them! KIDMO and LIL’K are where our children learn about God - kid styled and kid sized!
